Steel Structure Workshop
Steel structure warehouses feature excellent fire resistance and superior corrosion resistance.
A steel structure warehouse refers to a building whose main load-bearing components are made of steel, including steel columns, steel beams, steel supports and steel roof trusses. All components are connected by welding, bolts or rivets.
Roofs and walls can be constructed with single steel sheets or composite panels. Galvanized steel sheets effectively prevent rust and corrosion. Self-tapping screws create tight joints between panels to avoid water leakage. Composite sandwich panels are also available for roofs and walls.
The core filling materials of sandwich panels include EPS (polystyrene), glass fiber, rock wool and PU (polyurethane), which deliver outstanding thermal insulation and flame retardant performance.
Brick walls are another option for enclosure systems of steel structures, yet they cost more than galvanized steel roofing and wall claddings.
This type of steel building is widely applicable for large workshops, warehouses, supermarkets, entertainment centers and modular steel garages.
