Steel Structure Garage
Steel structure garages feature excellent fire resistance and strong corrosion resistance. The main load-bearing system of a steel structure garage consists of steel components, including steel columns, steel beams and steel roof trusses. All components are connected by welding, bolts or rivets.
Roof and wall cladding can be made of sandwich panels or single steel sheets. The galvanized steel substrate effectively prevents rust and corrosion, and panels are fastened with self-tapping screws to ensure tight connections and avoid water leakage. For sandwich panels used on roofs and walls, core material options include polystyrene (EPS), glass fiber, rock wool and polyurethane, all with outstanding thermal insulation and flame retardant performance. Brick wall construction is also available for wall enclosure, though it carries a higher cost compared with galvanized steel roof and wall systems.
This steel structure solution is widely applicable to large workshops, warehouses, supermarkets, aircraft hangars, entertainment centers and modular steel structure garages.
